New Construction Pre-Sale in Enatai Neighborhood

Today we are showcasing a new construction home listing near downtown Bellevue at 10706 SE 10th Street. offered at $999,950.  The new home is a pre-sale offering by Madrona Custom Homes, a builder that has recently come on the scenes.  Peter Strandell is the principal of Madrona Custom Homes, based in Bellevue, WA.  The home will feature four bedrooms and 2.5 baths but could be tweeked to accomodate specific needs.  The offering price would need to be adjusted for changes to the plan.  We anticipate occupancy by year end.
